This year we joined ATB – Emerging Leaders Network second annual W.I.S.E.R. games gala for the second time.

Emerging Leaders Network is a community of people leaders, change leaders and thought leaders that are young, hungry and looking for opportunities. The opportunity to partake in growth, change, development and innovation towards new ideas. Our passion is to make a positive impact on who we are by being accountable innovators in our community. Why ELN? Because Alberta expects not perfect leaders, but great leaders.

This Fundraiser event is in conjunction with Calgarys RESOLVE – alpha house society.

The MENU consisted of:

PASSED CANAPES:
-Scallop & pork belly w/ pickled compressed apple & Banyuls caramel.
-Alberta beef mini sliders w/ truffle mayo, confit tomato & aged cheddar on house made buns. Served with housemade sea salted baby potato chips.
-Classic potato gnocchi mason jars
-Chili compressed pineapple, fresh mango & strawberry verrines w/ lime fresco salt & micro garnish.
-Fresh cut organic vegetable crudités w/ roasted beet yogurt
Modern Japanese short plates presentation w/ live chef preparing traditional ahi tuna & vegetarian hand cone sushi as well as Alberta grass fed beef tataki  w/ traditional garnishes.
-Lemonberry pastries curated dessert presentation:
Lemongrass & kaffir lime creme brûlée & blueberry-lilac French macarons
FULL SERVICE BAR PRESENTATION featuring caravel craft brewery, prosecco welcome cocktail, wine & spirits.
-For the event we were involved with first hand customer services, food passing, bar service and live chef presentation. We also, created a makeshift behind the scenes production kitchen in order to prepare, plate, finish and garnish the passed food items.
The event was also a success for our partner organization mealshare (though not officially affiliated with the event) whereby for each of the 75 guests in attendance, a meal was made available for someone in need which was a huge bonus!
